The objective was to produce supporting and baseline information to enable the detailed design, monitoring and evaluation of the project’s strategy for promoting ecosystem based adaptation (EbA) to climate change in the Mount Elgon region.

This document is the English technical summary of the “Vulnerability and Impact Assessment of climate change in the Nor Yauyos Cochas Landscape Reserve and its Buffer Zone - EVI NYCLR” by Fundación para el Desarrollo Agrario (FDA) from La Molina National Agrarian University (UNALM in Spanish) ended on December 2013. It was commissioned by UNDP Peru under the global Mountain EbA Programme activities in Peru, but was jointly prepared by the entire Peru partnership team.
