A ‘National Adaptation Plan (NAP) Clinic’ was held on the margins of COP 23, organised by the Green Climate Fund (GCF) in partnership with the UNFCCC and the Global Environment Facility (GEF)- financed joint UNDP-UN Environment National Adaptation Plan Global Support Programme (NAP-GSP).
