The NAP-GSP held a closing event in English and French with UNFCCC focal points of the NAP-GSP partner countries and NAP-GSP Partners.
The second phase of the joint UNDP-UNEP National Adaptation Plan Global Support Programme (NAPGSP), funded by the Global Environment Facility (GEF), provided direct support 28 least developed countries to identify technical, institutional and financial needs to integrate climate change adaptation into medium and long-term national planning. The programme has been completed in December 2021 and this event aimed to celebrate the achievements, reflect on the lessons learned and discuss opportunities to continue to advance adaptation planning in partner countries.
